Based on a couple years experience cleaning not a small amount of fluorite from a little muddy hole in Northern England, I can say a couple things about the process. First, NEVER use oxalic acid on fluorite - it will deluster it almost without fail. hydrochloric (muriatic) acid can sometimes do the same thing.
